Omnifocus 2.22.5 pro vs omnifocus 39/13/2023 Thank you, OmniGroup! (I also use OmniOutliner.Trello offers three SMB and enterprise pricing plans for users to choose from, including a lifetime free package for small teams and startups. I am very thankful for this app and how it helps me each day to do my job and live a life focused on my true priorities. So at times I am getting notifications for items on my phone after I have already changed their due dates on my laptop. As it is now, I need to open the app for things to update. If I could change one thing about it, it would be having the data update on my iPhone and iPad in the background. This makes a huge difference for me in sorting things to fit the way my life and work actually work! I love the way it syncs between platforms and the way the latest version allows me to give multiple tags to the same items. I had used Things in the past, but the features and customer support available through Omnifocus really set it apart and are so valuable and helpful if you are juggling multiple roles and projects. It is expensive but very worth it for how it helps me stay focused, organized, and productive. I have been using Omnifocus Pro edition for about two years on my Windows, iPad, iPhone, and Microsoft Watch. I can keep writing but all of this is a testament to the OmniGroup for their ability and understanding of how to make us more productive while enjoying the process. Another feature that I absolutely love is the Review Perspective which is so unique to OmniFocus and not offered by any other productivity app on the market. While you can customize the app to such degree that it no longer looks like when you first got it, it is incredibly powerful and useful right out of the box. Custom perspectives can organize your data however you like to view it. You can add an email and it would display as if you are viewing it in your email client. In fact it is a brand new an incredibly powerful productivity tool that has maintained the same familiarity that its users have grown accustomed to, while adding tremendous amount of power and flexibility, so much so that I would say whether you follow GTD or any other system, or you want to make your own OmniFocus can support that. Stylistically the app doesn’t look much different than the previous version until after a few days later when I realized that there is so much under the hood. I recently upgraded from OmniFocus 2 to OmniFocus 3. Use the Review perspective to keep your projects and tasks on track. NEW: The filtering rules are simpler to use while being more powerful than ever, letting you combine rules with “all,” “any,” and “none.” You can also choose any image to use as your custom perspective’s icon, and a custom tint color to go with it.ġ1.
